This Privacy Policy explains how ComiKin handles information when you use our mobile application. We wrote this document in clear language so you can understand what happens to your content and what we deliberately choose not to collect.
ComiKin does not require you to create an account, register a username, or log in. You may open the app and begin creating immediately. Because there is no account system, we do not maintain profile pages, passwords, or social login identifiers tied to your identity inside ComiKin.
ComiKin uses its own self-developed AI services to power comic image generation and dynamic comic video creation.

ComiKin is built with a privacy-first approach: we do not collect facial information, facial biometrics, facial geometry, or facial feature maps from your uploads.
We do not build face templates, faceprints, or identity profiles from your images.
This Privacy Policy applies to anyone who downloads, installs, or uses the ComiKin mobile application on a supported iOS device. By using ComiKin, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. ComiKin is intended exclusively for adult users. If you are under 18, you must not use this application.
ComiKin is designed as a creative tool, not a data harvesting platform. We believe your photos, your comic results, and your viewing habits inside the app should remain under your control. We minimize data collection wherever possible, store creative outputs locally on your device by default, and avoid linking your activity to an advertising profile.
Protecting your privacy is a core product requirement for ComiKin—not an afterthought. We continuously review our features to ensure we are not introducing unnecessary tracking, unnecessary uploads, or unnecessary retention of sensitive visual information.

All AI-powered transformation in ComiKin is handled through ComiKin’s self-developed AI infrastructure. Your creative requests are not routed to external third-party AI vendors for inference, training, or model hosting.
ComiKin may perform an on-device visual screening step on supported iOS hardware before certain uploads proceed. This check helps detect content that appears to depict real persons, which ComiKin restricts in line with our content standards. The purpose of this step is safety and policy enforcement.
This screening does not mean ComiKin collects or stores facial biometrics. We do not retain face geometry for identification, we do not create face recognition profiles, and we do not share facial data with third parties—because we do not collect facial information in the first place.
ComiKin emphasizes local storage:
When you tap Save or Share, you explicitly choose to export content to your photo library or to another app through the iOS share sheet. That export is controlled by you, not silently performed by ComiKin.
ComiKin does not rely on third-party AI services to generate your comics or videos. We do not transmit your uploads to external machine-learning platforms for image-to-image conversion, video synthesis, or model fine-tuning.
ComiKin does not send your creative content to third-party services for advertising optimization, behavioral profiling, or data enrichment.
The only external payment interaction involved in optional purchases is Apple’s In-App Purchase system, which processes transactions according to Apple’s own policies. ComiKin receives purchase confirmation so we can credit coins or activate subscription benefits—you already expect this when buying through the App Store.
ComiKin is a creative entertainment app for adults. You must not upload, generate, attempt to generate, distribute, or share through ComiKin any content that:
ComiKin may refuse processing, restrict features, or remove local workflow support for content that violates these standards. Repeated abuse may result in loss of access to generation features.
ComiKin is rated and offered for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly design features for minors, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used ComiKin in violation of this age requirement, contact us using the email below and we will review the report.
Because most creative files remain on your device, you control retention by deleting works inside the Works library or removing exported files from your photo library. Coin and subscription records persist locally until you delete the app or reset relevant storage. ComiKin does not maintain a remote cloud archive of your comic gallery tied to your identity—there is no ComiKin login account to attach such an archive to.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a local-first creative app: encrypted device storage where supported by iOS, secure handling of purchase validation, and minimal attack surface because we avoid centralized account databases. No method of electronic storage is perfect, but reducing what we collect is our strongest privacy safeguard.
