These Subscription Terms explain how Premium memberships work inside ComiKin, an iOS application for American comic-style photo transformation and optional comic video animation. This document supplements the ComiKin User Agreement and Privacy Policy. By purchasing or renewing a ComiKin Premium subscription, you agree to the terms below.
ComiKin does not require account registration or login. Subscription status is linked to your Apple ID through Apple In-App Purchase and stored locally on your device so the app can recognize active benefits.
ComiKin Premium subscriptions unlock bonus coins and continued access to ComiKin’s self-developed AI creative services.
ComiKin does not use third-party AI services to fulfill your subscribed creative requests.
ComiKin does not send your photos, generated comics, or subscription usage patterns to third-party AI providers.
ComiKin protects subscriber privacy and does not collect facial information or facial biometrics from your uploads.
Your creative data remains handled under ComiKin’s privacy-first, self-developed AI architecture—not outsourced to external AI vendors.
ComiKin Premium subscriptions are available only to users who are at least 18 years of age. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this requirement. ComiKin does not knowingly sell subscriptions to minors.
Premium memberships are auto-renewable subscriptions billed through Apple. When you subscribe or renew, ComiKin grants a one-time bonus coin package associated with the plan you select. Bonus coin amounts are displayed in the Store tab before you confirm purchase.

Coins obtained through Premium are consumed when you generate comic images or dynamic videos according to the coin costs shown in the app at the time of generation. Subscriptions do not eliminate coin metering unless explicitly stated in the purchase UI.
ComiKin Premium plans are automatically renewing subscriptions. Key billing facts:
Apple—not ComiKin—processes payment credentials. ComiKin never receives your full credit card number.
If you purchase a new Premium plan while a previous subscription period is still recorded, ComiKin updates your subscription expiry using the plan duration associated with your latest purchase. Subscription time replacement follows the logic shown in the app at purchase confirmation. Bonus coins for a new period are granted according to the active promotional rules displayed before checkout.
ComiKin provides a Restore Purchases option on the Premium screen. Restore allows Apple subscription entitlements to sync back to your device after reinstalling ComiKin or switching devices tied to the same Apple ID. Bonus coin grants on restore follow ComiKin’s restore policy: first successful restore may credit bonus coins; subsequent restores may refresh subscription status without repeating promotional coin grants.
ComiKin also sells consumable coin packs through In-App Purchase. Coin packs are separate from subscriptions:

Premium membership does not exempt you from ComiKin content rules. Subscribers must not use ComiKin to create or distribute:
Violations may result in feature restrictions even if your subscription remains active through Apple. ComiKin does not provide refunds for abuse-related suspensions.
Premium subscribers access the same ComiKin self-developed AI engine as all users. Premium enhances your creative capacity through bonus coins and membership status—not by routing you to a different third-party AI backend.
ComiKin does not send subscriber uploads to external AI companies for image generation, video synthesis, facial analysis, or model training.
ComiKin does not collect facial information or facial biometrics from Premium subscribers. Privacy protections apply equally whether you are on a free coin balance or a paid plan.
Subscription verification uses Apple receipts and on-device storage. ComiKin does not require you to create a ComiKin login or supply an email address inside the app to activate Premium. For comprehensive privacy details, read the ComiKin Privacy Policy in Settings.
Key reminders for subscribers:
From time to time, ComiKin or Apple may display introductory offers, promotional pricing, or limited-time bonus coin campaigns. Eligibility and duration appear in the purchase sheet before you confirm. Promotional rules may change without prior notice except where Apple display requirements mandate otherwise.
You may cancel future renewals by disabling auto-renew in your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation stops future charges but generally does not retroactively refund the current active period.
Refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store policies. Contact Apple Support for billing disputes. ComiKin support can help explain coin grants or subscription status but cannot override Apple payment decisions.
We may modify coin costs, bonus coin amounts, plan names, or available styles as ComiKin evolves. Changes apply prospectively and will be reflected in the Store UI. Continued subscription after an update constitutes acceptance of revised subscription economics displayed at renewal.
Subscriptions are personal to your Apple ID and non-transferable. You may not sell, trade, or share Premium access outside Apple’s family sharing rules where applicable.
If a conflict arises between these Subscription Terms and the ComiKin User Agreement, these Subscription Terms govern Premium billing matters while the User Agreement governs general app conduct. The Privacy Policy governs all data handling questions.
