This User Agreement governs your access to and use of the ComiKin mobile application. ComiKin is a lightweight iOS creative tool that converts photos into American comic-style artwork and optional short comic videos. Please read this entire agreement carefully before using the app.
ComiKin does not require account registration or login. You are not asked to create a username, password, or social profile to access core features. Your use of ComiKin is subject to this User Agreement and to the ComiKin Privacy Policy, which explains our privacy commitments in detail.
ComiKin uses its own self-developed AI services for comic image generation and comic video animation.
ComiKin does not use third-party AI services to process your uploads or generated works.
ComiKin does not send your photos, videos, or creative metadata to third-party AI platforms.
ComiKin protects user privacy and does not collect facial information, facial biometrics, or facial feature data from your content.
We never share personal visual identity data with third parties because we do not collect it.
ComiKin is offered only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By installing or using ComiKin, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you do not meet this requirement, you must uninstall the app immediately and stop using all ComiKin services.
We designed ComiKin as an adult-oriented creative entertainment product. Age screening relies on your truthful confirmation through use of the app under this agreement.
ComiKin provides the following core capabilities:
ComiKin focuses on fast, simple creation. Features may evolve over time, but our commitment to privacy-first, self-hosted AI processing remains central to the product experience.
You agree to use ComiKin responsibly. You must not upload, create, attempt to create, store, share, or distribute content that includes or promotes:
ComiKin includes upload screening on supported devices to reduce policy violations, including restrictions on processing certain real-person photos. Attempting to bypass these controls violates this User Agreement.
We reserve the right to restrict generation, withhold coin refunds in cases of abuse, or block repeated violators from creative features.
You retain ownership of the original photos you supply, subject to third-party rights in the underlying material. Subject to applicable law and this agreement, ComiKin assigns to you its interest in AI-generated comic outputs created from your lawful uploads, to the extent such assignment is permitted.
You are solely responsible for how you use exported images or videos. If you share ComiKin creations publicly, you must ensure you have the right to use all underlying elements and that your sharing complies with platform rules where you post.
ComiKin uses an in-app coin balance to meter creative actions:
Coin costs and package contents displayed in the Store tab are authoritative at the moment of purchase. ComiKin may adjust pricing or coin economics in future app versions; such changes apply prospectively.
All creative AI inference for ComiKin—both still comic generation and motion video synthesis—is performed by ComiKin’s self-developed AI services.
ComiKin does not outsource your creative workload to third-party AI vendors, cloud ML marketplaces, or external model APIs.
ComiKin does not transmit your uploads to third-party services for training, labeling, moderation outsourcing, or advertising analytics.
Because processing stays inside ComiKin-controlled infrastructure, you receive a more privacy-aligned creative workflow than apps that scatter your photos across unrelated AI companies.

ComiKin may request access to:
You may deny permissions, but related features will not function. ComiKin does not access permissions unrelated to creative import and export.
All monetary transactions occur through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple handles payment collection, receipts, and subscription renewal billing. ComiKin displays product names, coin amounts, and prices (using App Store localized pricing when available).
Refund requests for digital purchases must be directed to Apple according to App Store policies. ComiKin cannot override Apple billing decisions.
ComiKin requires a compatible iOS device and an active internet connection for AI generation tasks. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve stability, security, or creative quality. We will strive to avoid unnecessary disruption but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
AI outputs are probabilistic. ComiKin does not guarantee that every generation will match your aesthetic expectation on the first attempt.
You must not:
You may stop using ComiKin at any time by deleting the application from your device. We may suspend access to creative features if you repeatedly violate content rules or abuse the coin economy.
ComiKin is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for creative entertainment. We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted in your jurisdiction regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third-party rights in your source uploads.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ComiKin and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm from content you choose to publish.
We may update this User Agreement when ComiKin introduces new features or revises business terms. Updated agreements will be published inside the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
